On Tame Towers of Function Fields and the Drinfeld-Vladut bound

This paper gives first a tower of curves having a positive limit for the ratios of the number of rational points over the genus.This is a very simple proof of a result due to J.P.Serre.Secondly,it gives three tame towers attaining the Drinfeld-Vladut Bound.Those towers are of Modular Curves.
